Is my department participating?
Participation must be confirmed for the specific agency and feature. Our location directory is a research and information directory; a listed city is not a customer or coverage claim.
Ask the department through its normal administrative channel or contact our team for current information.
Is a tip anonymous?
A visibility preference is not anonymity. The account information normally shown to an agency depends on the setting, while the substance of a tip can itself identify its author. Legal and safety disclosures may also apply.
Why might I miss a notification?
Notification delivery depends on your device, permissions, network, agency activity, and external services. Follow official local guidance and keep other appropriate warning channels available.
How do I request support or deletion?
Use the in-app controls where available. The published consumer privacy policy also describes how to submit privacy requests. Do not send a password, emergency report, or sensitive evidence to a support inbox.
Start with the question you are trying to answer
If you want to know whether a department participates, check with that agency. If you want to know whether a notification was issued, look for the agency’s actual update. If the app is behaving unexpectedly, product support can help distinguish an account or device question from an agency information question. These are different conversations, and choosing the right one saves time.
When contacting support, include your device type, the page or feature involved and a short description of the problem. Explain the steps that led to it. Do not include a password, account recovery code, sensitive case material or a person’s private information just to demonstrate a problem.
Availability and getting started
Public download availability for the Lucas citizen app is being confirmed. Use the availability page for the current website position and contact the team if you need help finding the official listing. Avoid similarly named apps from unrelated publishers. A familiar product name by itself does not establish the operator.
Departments can review the verified Sentinel Dashboard listing, but authorized access is a separate process. Installing an app does not approve an agency account. Begin with the department inquiry page if your organization wants to understand the current workflow, onboarding and the responsibilities of an evaluation.
When a department is not listed or its feed is quiet
A directory entry describes a place; it does not establish that the department has joined Lucas. Look for an official agency statement or ask through its published business contact. If participation is not confirmed, continue using the agency’s current public information and reporting channels.
A quiet feed can have several explanations: the agency may not have posted, you may be following a different source, or the app may not have refreshed. Do not treat a lack of updates as an assurance about local conditions. Check the official source when you need current information.
For help identifying the problem, note the department name and whether the update appears when you open the app. That distinction separates a question about published content from one about the notification displayed on your device.
What to check on your phone
Confirm that you are using the intended product and the current supported version. Review the app’s notification permission, the phone’s connection and any settings that group, delay or silence notifications. On iPhone, Apple’s guide explains the settings and how their effects can differ by app and iOS version.
If the update is visible inside the app but no banner appeared, tell support that specific fact. If the update is absent from the app, include the source where you expected to find it and the approximate time. A precise description helps narrow the issue without guessing at its cause.
Never send a password, sign-in code or private case attachment to diagnose a notification problem. Support may need a device model, operating-system version, app version and a description of what happened; begin with those ordinary details.
Privacy and account questions
For a question about account visibility, describe the setting you are looking at and what you want to understand. For a location question, distinguish the device permission from a place you typed into a tip. They are separate choices and may need different explanations.
For access or deletion requests, use the contact method in the published Privacy Policy. An agency that has received a tip can hold its own records; a request concerning those records may need to go to that agency as well. Deleting a Lucas account does not withdraw information already delivered.
You can contact the team at support@detailrcorp.com or 925-201-5156. Keep the first message limited to the product question. For an incident or urgent danger, use the responsible agency’s reporting process or call 911.
