For residents
Lucas is the citizen side of the Lucas and Sentinel experience. A public download link has not yet been verified for this website, so we do not direct you to a similarly named app or an unconfirmed store listing. Use the team’s contact details if you need help identifying the official destination.
Availability and department participation are separate questions. Even when an app is available on a device, a particular agency must participate in the relevant feature before you can expect its updates or submit information through that channel.
For departments
The verified Apple listing for Sentinel Dashboard identifies Detailr Corp. as the developer. It describes the department-facing product and its account-approval process. View that listing for its current compatibility and version information.
An app installation does not authorize agency access. Contact the team to discuss your department’s requirements, the current workflow and onboarding. Begin with an evaluation of the actual version rather than an assumption based on a marketing illustration.
While you confirm availability
Continue using the official information and warning channels appropriate to your community. Our directory provides a starting point for researched local links and state resources; it does not establish Lucas coverage.
For product support, contact Detailr Corp. For police reporting, follow the responsible agency’s current directions. If urgent police, fire or medical assistance is needed, call 911. Do not send evidence or emergency details to the company’s business contact.
Check the audience and publisher
Lucas is the resident product; Sentinel Dashboard is the department product. They serve different tasks. Finding a department application in a store does not establish that the resident app has the same download destination or access process.
Before installing, check the product name, publisher and the link’s source. A search result with a familiar word is not enough to identify the intended app. Use a verified destination from this website or the company rather than a guessed store URL.
The Sentinel iOS listing linked here identifies Detailr Corp. as its developer and describes department-oriented capabilities. Department access and any evaluation process should be discussed with the team.
Read the current store description and compatibility information before installing. Store availability can differ by platform or region, and a familiar logo does not settle whether a particular app is intended for your role. If the link or publisher is unclear, ask the company for the current destination. You should not need to supply a password, a sign-in code or an investigative attachment simply to ask where a resident can obtain the app.
While you confirm the resident release
You can read how Lucas is intended to work, review the privacy choices and identify the agencies whose information would be relevant to you. Keep the official warning services recommended for your area enabled in the meantime.
Confirm an agency’s participation separately from app availability. A product can be available while a particular department does not publish through it, and a place in a directory is not a partnership announcement. Check the agency’s own information or ask the team which evidence supports a current participation statement.
We will add a resident download action after the public destination is verified. Until then, the contact route provides a direct way to ask about availability without a button that leads to the wrong product.
Free for residents, focused on public safety
Lucas is free for residents. Its purpose is timely alerts from vetted participating departments, with a clear message and a supported route for relevant information. It is not a paid neighborhood-news subscription or a feed for routine event promotion.
A public resident-store link still needs to be verified here. Until that destination is confirmed, ask the team about current availability rather than using a similarly named app. The Sentinel department listing is a separate product and does not establish the Lucas resident download.
